Sketching at the National Portrait Gallery

This week my Portrait and Life Drawing Workgroup ventured to the NPG to sketch. I had a look in at this year's National Photographic Portrait Prize.


NPG rules allowed us to bring pencils no darker than a 2B.


Here's some sketches reacting to a couple of the photographic portraits that caught my eye.


All pencil on cartridge paper, 21cm by 15cm.
