Last night's opening of my Layers and Backdrops exhibition got the show off to a terrific start.
Leigh Walker's opening comments picked up on how the images feature both a sense of people coming together and isolation in public places.
There was a great turn up of friends and acquaintences - including a surprise visit from my sister Carol and her husband Trevor, who travelled more than 3000 km to be there.
Carly and the rest of the team at the Front also put on a good spread.
And last but not least, there were four sales of the 12 large pieces. A big thank you to my art patrons.
Here are some snaps from opening night provided by Peter Pick and Bobby Graham.
